Dr. John Eigenbrodt received his Doctor of Optometry in 1988 from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. As an undergraduate, Dr. Eigenbrodt earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville in 1985.
Dr. Eigenbrodt’s interest in optometry began with his fascination with the eyes, vision, and a desire to practice in the medical field that allows him to help people see more clearly.
Dr. Eigenbrodt, whose field specialties include contact lens fitting and low vision, has been in practice since 1988. As an Optometrist, Dr. Eigenbrodt most enjoys helping patients to live their lives to the fullest through good vision.

I recently switched from Quantum Vision Center to Eigenbrodt Vision Center. I had my first appointme... Show Morent this afternoon on 1/5/2026 I am very highly impressed with the staff there and John too. I was greeted with a kind attitude and smiles by everyone. Quantum just was no longer cutting it for me anymore. They literally rush from person to person and i got tired of that plus unprofessionalism as well. I have glaucoma and was referred to somebody in O'Fallon for continuing treatment on it.
